Question

I am allergic to Gluten.
I think I ate something yesterday that had Gluten in it by accident :/

Can eating Gluten cause you to be really really tired and sluggish?



Today. Is. THE. Day!

After over a month of being diagnosed with the DQ2 gene, aka, Allergy to Gluten..I am FINALLY seeing my Dietician!! :) yayy!!  I started this rollar coaster of a journey a year and a half ago with my divorce, new home, new job….I decided it was time for a new me.  At that point I stood at 5’11 and 1/2 and weighed over 267 lbs…yes, terrible I know.  Now, after COMPLETELY falling off the wagon multiple times, having alllll kinds of stomach problems, and FINALLY figuring out I am allergic to gluten, I am now at 251.  NOT a big change, I KNOW…but it is a change.  I am deeming today as a NEW start! I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought all gluten free healthy stuff I could find. Today, I am going to see the Dietician…then…i’m gonna buy me some new kicks…yup, new kicks! lol. Help make myself more motivated! :D

So, here we go, yet AGAIN! :)

Advice.

So i’ve been reading a lot of blogs, forums, pins, posts, articles, ETC…and I’ve came across a lot of people saying how useful it was to do before and after pictures..not only for the end so you can see how far you’ve come…but for those days of wanting to give up…I guess you can look back and see how far you’ve already come.  Does anyone have any input? Good? Bad? Should I take a before picture and post it somewhere in my house?

Just looking for some kind of motivation!! :) Thanks guys!
